1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ReefDoc, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.

2. Nature of Service

ReefDoc is a tracking and visualization tool for aquarium parameters. It is provided for informational purposes only. ReefDoc is NOT a biological consulting service and is not responsible for any livestock loss, equipment failure, or property damage that may occur in your aquarium. Use the data and recommendations at your own risk.

3. User Responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you input. You must maintain the security of your account and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your login.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReefDoc and its developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of livestock, corals, profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

5. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
